I HIGHLY recommend Cozy Canines Services! Words cannot sufficiently describe my gratitude. Since I moved to the UK, I have found it difficult to find the right place for my dog (Marlow) while we are out of town. I have been extremely disappointed by the kennels. I have now found a second home for Marlow and I could not be happier! Not only were Jayne and Tracey informative, well prepared and friendly before our trip, they also kept in communication with pictures and updates during. They looked after Marlow and cared for her like one of their own. I am so very grateful for their services and have already secured our spot with Cozy Canines for our next trip! I feel so much better knowing Marlow will be well looked after during work trips, weekend getaways or holidays.

Our little chap is nearly 14 now and enjoys lots of TLC and a calm environment and that’s just what we found for him at Cozy Canines. Having previously had excellent care for our dog, our standards were very high! From our first visit we found Tracey and Jayne to be friendly and kind whilst being highly professional, wanting to know as much as they could about Oscar in order to provide him with a ‘home from home’ environment for his stay. Oscar has enjoyed one sleepover so far with a few more already booked in. He has received excellent care and attention and the regular updates and photos from Tracey have been so reassuring for us! I certainly highly recommend Cozy Canines.

Bella had a fantastic week at Cozy Canines, she was treated like a princess, she had lots of walks and fun with Finley. We were sent regular photos of Bella's time at Cozy Canines which we thought was a lovely touch.

Ziggy had his first stop over with Cozy Canines and I don't think he wanted to come home. What a great time he has had at his new second home, he has had the best holiday with his new friends! We loved receiving photo's of Ziggy having fun and looking happy while we were away. We have already booked Ziggy in for his next holiday with Jayne and Tracey and he is looking forward to having some experience days with them so he can keep in touch with his new friends. The girls have a wonderful warm nature and a general love of animals, George my very giddy cocker spaniel who's a bit bonkers loves his walks with his pals, he also is much improved socially with other dogs thanks to them introducing him to Finley their gorgeous lab, George now has a few pals and is a lot more confident around dogs on our walks which is a joy to see, so if your doggy needs some fun to break up the week whilst you are at work, away etc I would 100% recommend them

We had our precious Huskey Milo in day care at Cozy Canines when both me and my wife were away, he was in good hands. The girls really care about the dogs and along with Finley (their own Labrador) provide a really fun, safe and happy place for the dogs. Milo was so excited playing with Finley he almost forgot to sleep, but when he came home in the evening he slept like a baby! I got some nice pictures and updates while he was there, which was a really which touch, definitely be back.

Truly lovely people, Bella has been for a day care session and she was happy as Larry. Tracey and Jayne look after your dog as you look after them at home so it’s like a home from home for your dog. I’ve never left Bella with anyone other than family before but I’m sending her again as she enjoyed her time there so much. It’s great to have piece of mind that she’s been cared for by such lovely people. I’d most definitely recommend them to anyone.

On our initial meeting, Tracey and Jayne explained thoroughly how things worked and asked lots of questions so as to ensure they understood everything they could about my puppy. Tracey, Jayne and Finley are amazing. I can not recommend them enough.
I was initially apprehensive about leaving Trudy anywhere without me (I think I had separation anxiety, not Trudes!) but they are so professional and thorough.
They have all the appropriate documents (ask to see the folder!) and more importantly got to know Trudy and made sure it would work before she was able to join the pack. They really care. It’s about quality time for the dogs in their care, not quantity. They have thought of everything.
I really look forward to the pics and updates of Trudy’s day away. She always looks like she’s having a blast. Loads of enrichment and love. She practically drags me down the drive when dropping her off!!
I trust them implicitly and I don’t say that lightly.

Tracey and Jayne AKA Cozy Canines, are fantastic! They are not just another dog waking/daycare provider. They take the time to meet and get to know you and your dog and let you get to know them. They don’t walk a huge pack of dogs together ensuring individual play and training alongside the exercise and socialising for each dog is a given. They also ensure the best mix of dogs on any given day to encourage social behaviour but ultimately safety. This approach is what makes them so special.
Going on a K9 expedition has given Booker has time away from home during lockdown has also made it possible to counteract some of the separation issues and barking when he is left alone at home.
I have full confidence in the love and professionalism they show each and every K9 in their care. Booker loves his day each week with them and comes home exhausted with a belly full of home made nutritious snacks! I am so grateful to have found someone to care for Booker as I would myself.

I really feel like my dog gets to go on his own little holiday when he goes to Cozy Canines.
He has so much fun. He gets more walks than he would at home, more variety of toys and things to chew as well as fun and stimulating treats.
It’s like having a little one at nursery as you get photo updates throughout of their adventures. I trust them to take care of him as well as they do for their own boy, Finley.

They are the epitome of professionals.
Buddy has a lovely soul but is very scared and excitable but he drags me down the street to see Tracey, Jayne and his new best mate Finley.
He literally cannot wait to get there and I'm not surprised!!!
His day is full of fun, walks, cuddles, treats and enrichment.
Jayne even makes the wholesome treats herself.
We get photo updates throughout the day of Buddy having fun which we love to see.

Betty has the time of her life when she is out and about with Tracey and Jayne, she loves socialising with the other canine members of Cozy Canines on K9 Expedition walks and settled straight away into day care.
I would definitely recommend Cozy Canines to anyone who loves their dogs as they will not only be well and professionally looked after, they will also learn more stuff like the pack word "Touch" and learn better to be around other dogs of different breeds, ages and characters.

As a lockdown pup it was hard to imagine finding somewhere she would be happy being away from us, but Cozy Canines have exceeded all our expectations.
